Fastest way: book online

Tell us what's going on and when you're free, and our office will call or text to set your appointment time. It takes a couple of minutes and works from your phone.

Smell gas, or a carbon monoxide alarm going off? Don't call us first. Get everyone out of the house, then call 911 or your gas or propane supplier from outside. Don't flip switches or start the car in the garage. Once it's safe, we can come and check the furnace.

What should I have ready when I call?

Have your address or ZIP code, a short description of what the system is doing, and the make, model and age of your equipment if you can find them. A photo of the label on the outdoor unit or furnace helps a lot. With that, we can usually tell you what to expect before we arrive.

  • Your service address, or at least your ZIP code
  • What's happening: no cooling, no heat, a noise, a leak, a smell, or a thermostat error
  • When it started, and whether anything changed (a power outage, a storm, a new thermostat)
  • The brand and model number from the label on the outdoor unit or furnace (a photo is perfect)
  • Roughly how old the system is, if you know
  • Gate codes, pets, or anything else our technician should know before arriving
  • Best phone number and times to reach you

Not sure if it's a quick fix? Our HVAC FAQ covers the common questions, and our guide to common HVAC problems has a few things you can safely check first.
